Pricing for wedding cake is on a per serving basis no matter how large or small the cake.  A
serving of wedding cake is typically a 1” x 2” piece of a two-llayer cake.  The top tier is
normally saved for the couple’s first anniversary. This cake is included at no additional charge,
regardless of your decision to serve top tier or not.  

Tiered Wedding Cake Pricing:
$2.50 per serving with frosting over layers
$3.50 per serving with fondant over layers

Individual Reception Table Cakes:
$20 each for an 8" round individual double-layer cake with frosting between layers
$30 each for an 8" round individual double-layer cake with fondant over layers

Wedding Cupcakes:
$  .75 each for mini cupcakes                       $1.00 each for filled mini cupcakes
$1.50 each for regular cupcakes                    $1.75 each for filled regular cupcakes

Available Cake Flavors:
White, yellow, chocolate, lemon, orange, spice, marble (yellow and chocolate), chocolate
chip, chocolate mint, cherry chip, German chocolate, caramel, banana, lemon-poppyseed,
orange-poppyseed, coconut, red velvet, strawberry, raspberry, rum, pina colada, pineapple
and pumpkin-spice.  (If your favorite is not listed, please ask.)

Available Icing Flavors:
Vanilla, chocolate, coconut, lemon, orange, amaretto, mocha, Irish cream, coffee, and
caramel. Whipped cream frosting or fillings are available at additional charge of $5 per tier, and
weather restrictions apply.  Please ask your consultant regarding weather restrictions.

Available Fillings:
These fillings are available for an additional $5 per tier: dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate
mousse, white chocolate mousse, orange mousse, lemon mousse, butterscotch mousse,
coconut cream mousse, pistachio mousse, vanilla mousse, orange curd, lemon curd, white
chocolate ganache, milk chocolate ganache, dark chocolate ganache, strawberry preserves,
black raspberry preserves, cherry preserves, pineapple preserves, orange preserves, cream
cheese and walnut filling, peanut butter mousse, flavored whipped cream (chocolate, coffee,
mocha, Irish Cream or Amaretto flavored), cream cheese, brown sugar caramel, coconut
pecan filling, and butter toffee filling

Additional Information:
Cost of cake does not include cake-top ornament, rental items, floral arrangements or
delivery fees.
Credit card payments will be incur a 3% surcharge.
A security deposit of ($25.00) dollars is required on each cake utilizing columns and
plastic plates.  This deposit, given in the form of a check, is  returned uncashed when
all items are returned clean and in good condition (pillars, plates, etc.).
A deposit equal to one-half the final total for the cake is due at ordering with balance
due fourteen (14) days prior to event date.
Delivery and setup charge of $40.00 is charged on all cakes delivered within the
Indianapolis metropolitan area.  Additional delivery fees may be incurred for deliveries
beyond metro area.
